41 Cooper Square, designed by architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis, new institution facility located in New York City. It was dedicated to Peter Cooper’s iconic vision of education. the exterior was made of stainless steel that offset from glass. The building is conceived to foster collaboration and cross-disciplinary dialogue among the colleges of Art, Architecture, and Engineering. 41 Cooper Square is a 9 story academic center that provide state of the art laboratories, lectures, studios, conference rooms, lounges, 41 Cooper Gallery and the Frederick P. Rose Auditorium. 41 Cooper Square is the first academic building to achieve the LEED Platinum status in New York City.
