Architect: Daniel Libeskind “Jewish Museum, Berlin”
Architect Daniel Libeskind is a Polish-American born in Łódź, Poland in 1946. He is also a Polish-Jew whose family was affected by the Holocaust. He also has his own architecture studio.
His first and probably most famous work is the Jewish Museum in Berlin. The museum itself is one of the largest Jewish museums in Europe. It is also one of the visited buildings in Berlin. The building itself is in a zig-zag shape that the museum follows in that shape.
If I were to even visit Berlin someday I would go to see the museum and learn about the history of German-Jews and marvel in the architecture that this architect has done.
