Torre Z was built in 2013 in the Morumbi district of São Paulo. The building consists of a 28 story tower atop a 10 story podium. Torre Z offers modern office space, shops, restuarants, and access to the Morumbi metro stop. The Tower is built primarily out of glass and features golden Brazilian granite contrasts. The podium features red Brazilian marble. Certified LEED Gold, the space includes a garden, water features, and an atrium. The building’s podium also has a rooftop garden and recreational space. Torre Z provides South America’s largest city with a modern architectural piece that is also functional.
